DescriptionBiomedical Equipment Services Operations Supervisor.
Biomedical Equipment (BMET) Services Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the overall operations of the Biomed ical Equipment services of several sites and supervises up to 14 direct reports/employees.
All applicants MUST have qualified experience as a biomedical equipment technician (BMET) supervisor or manager (Candidates must have previous experience as a BMET to be considered, imaging experience a plus);
MUST have experience supervising a minimum of 10 employees (direct reports);
MUST have up-to-date background and experience in Joint Commission standards relating to biomedical equipment;
MUST be well organized, level-headed and hands-on manager;
MUST be able to communicate well, both written and verbal;
MUST be responsive to both client facilities and employer;
MUST have excellent operations and administrative experience (reports, budget, planning, etc.).
MUST have experience in setting priorities and scheduling service;
MUST have experience documenting all tasks to ensure compliance with all local and federal guidelines.
The position requires hands on work as well as administrative duties.
